In early 2010 we are pleased to announce our new range of Innovative Homes, which set a new standard in Home Building. The first of these, the Cedar Bay 218 is available now. Others in the Lifestyle range will follow over the next month or so.

Each is designed specifically to reduce waste in the construction phase. They lead the way in design, and are the first to claim 7 star energy rating in any orientation (others offer only a conditional 6 or 7 Star rating). We have listened to our customers when it comes to internal inclusions. We offer standard inclusions which others call options. And by making this a non-changeable package we have achieved the ultimate design with deluxe inclusions at a surprisingly modest price.
